Wall Panels

The core of our Wall Panel consists of 6.5 - 7” density “acoustical fiberglass”, an inherently non-combustible and dimensionally stable material that is perfect for sound management. The thickness of the core comes in either 1” or 2” fiberglass with all edges chemically hardened to ½” penetration to achieve maximum stability. Square or beveled edge treatments are also standard to suit your specific application.

Finish. The face of the Wall Panel is covered in 100% polyester sound-transmittable panel fabrics in the durable and attractive BSF-100 Velourette-style. The finished material is seamless with a smooth, wrinkle-free surface and upholstered corners. We offer a wide array of colors to fit your needs.

Special Fabrics. Do you have a specific look in mind? A pattern that you just have to have? Fabric should never be glued to the face of the fiberglass core. Alternative panel fabrics and COM (Customers Own Material) may be submitted for testing and approval prior to quotation. Our specialists will determine how to best match your visual aesthetics with your sound management needs. With our technical know-how and your material, our Wall Panels can deliver killer looks and sound. For even more creative options, check out our Artistic Sound Panels (link to below).

Dimensions. We build your Wall Panel to meet your needs. When you place your order for custom panel sizes, panel dimensions shall be shown on drawings. Panels shall be pre-sized by the manufacturer based on measurements stated on architectural drawings or installing contractor’s field measurements within 1/16” tolerance.

Mounting. Having Wall Panels lying around on the ground doesn’t help with your sound management. Fortunately, our Wall Panels are incredibly easy to install. Depending on your specific needs, and the size of your panels your installation can use one or both of the following methods:

* A manufacturer supplied mechanical system using concealed impaling clips made of galvanized steel and utilizing hooked prongs that will dig into the back of the fiberglass core.

* Wall adhesive applied to the face of the clip once secured to the wall by the installation contractor prior to pressing the panel onto each clip.
